Holistic healing massage
This is a ceremony that meets the body’s doshas, its different parts and needs, through energy medicine and the depth of Ayurvedic wisdom. We use warm oil infused with medicinal plants, essential oils and shamanic tools. We end with facial massage and chakra balancing. Sound healing, light language and other practices may be included to support what Malin calls a higher frequency, cleansing and coherence.
Book a treatmentWarm oil. Mindful touch. Rest on many levels.
Holistic healing massage begins with abhyanga, warm herbal oil massaged over the body, woven together with breath, mindfulness, healing and Malin’s energy medicine work.
The treatment meets more than a single area of tension. Sometimes the body needs rest; sometimes a feeling or inner image wants to be heard. Malin describes her work as multidimensional: the physical, emotional and energetic can all have a place, without you needing to understand or direct everything that happens.
A treatment that meets all of you.
- 01
You begin with a short conversation about how you are, what you long for and whether your body needs any particular consideration.
- 02
Together you agree on boundaries and the approach. You can say no to touching certain areas, kinds of touch or parts of the treatment, and change your mind at any point.
- 03
On the massage table, warm oil, massage, breath and energy work form a continuous space for rest and presence.
- 04
There is time for a short conversation afterwards. Once you have settled at home, you can follow up by email or text so questions and insights have room, too.
What you need, not everything at once.
Malin listens to the whole of your experience and combines the approaches intuitively within the boundaries you have agreed.
- Abhyanga with warm herbal oil, essential oils and shamanic tools
- Full-body massage within your boundaries
- Acupressure, reflexology and facial massage when they fit the session
- Breathing, mindfulness and stillness
- Chakra balancing, sound healing, light language and energy medicine
- Shamanic-inspired techniques and room for inner images or feelings
Come for one treatment or ask about a longer programme. Malin will only recommend an approach after hearing what you need. Asking does not commit you.
Consent continues throughout the treatment.
A full-body treatment does not mean every part of your body must be touched.
You and Malin decide together what feels safe and relevant. You can ask for more or less pressure, opt out of touching an area, pause or stop. Your consent always matters more than any plan.
When we find the source, something can change.
People come for different reasons: to rest, feel closer to the body, make room for feelings or explore their own energy.
Each person experiences a treatment differently. Holistic healing massage does not replace medical or psychological care. If you are unsure whether it is right for you, describe your situation briefly in the form. Malin will answer honestly and refer you to other support when that is more appropriate.
