Leaning into reality deeper and deeper. It's so simple nowadays. I ask for nothing. I expect nothing. I'm just here. In awe. In silence. In the not doing and not going anywhere. I don't plan, and still my life is planned. Life gives me space and that which needs to be done is done. Last autumn I went through a dark night. Things were heavy, I was tired, my system and body changed. Wise woman period entered. The fertile left. What did I do? I rested. I went to India and gave myself to panchakarma. I do what I'm supposed to. I walk the talk of energymedicine. I can only go deeper into the now allowing life to birth organically through me and the silence. #sacredunion #tantra #tantriclifestyle #energymedicine #livelifealive #healing #transformation #source #purity #paradise #malinrydesjo #nature

Att lyssna till intuitionen

Läs hela inlägget

Intuition present itself as a tone, a sensation or a knowing even. It's not rational. On the contrary sometimes. It can go against everything you think you know. That's why we don't acknowledge it. I mean, we are taught to follow our thoughts about reality, not reality itself. There are some ingredients needed to let those streams of life through your structural "knowing". 🌱Curiosity. Say yes to new information. 🌱Space - not only time. Make yourself available (through breathing, yoga, shaking, movements, sounds, play..). 🌱Listen - expand your hearing and listen through your senses, not your ears. 🌱 Acknowledge - your inner voice needs your confirmation. Just like any being it needs to be seen to continue its stream. Want to master your intuition? Then the energymedicine training might be for you! We start 25/9 2025! 4 live retreats Thursday-Sunday. 5 online events with external professionals teaching everything from nlp and craniosacral therapy to entrepreneurship and ai. Budycalls, treatments, deep intimate dance with the power of now. All so that you can be one of the leaders of the new time and support people with the medicine of the future - energymedicine. Mastering energies will be the most attractive thing in the future and people are already desperate to know how to turn their lives into abundance, health and joy. Support this movement by writing 💫 and spread it all over the world! And if you feel the nerves jumping reading this, write me a pm. Feedback: I have been following Malin for a very long time and looked forward to her services. Malin has always felt so incredibly genuine and authentic and now it was finally the right timing for me to experience her healing! I have received many different types of healing over the years but I have honestly never experienced healing on this level. It was a group healing and I was in my bed at home. No phone or anything. Firstly, it was such a pleasant and beautiful experience, I was shocked when 30 minutes had passed because I had really forgotten time and space. I say this as someone who is otherwise incredibly boisterous and has difficulty relaxing due to ADHD. But I was swept away by this healing and experienced many wonderful things during these 30 minutes. I have had problems with stress bladder and had to get up to pee many times a night and lately it has been intense. But the same night after the healing I slept like a log and was not up to the toilet once! I feel so much calmer and could really relate to what Malin had noted during the healing. I highly recommend you try Malin's healing, no matter what your needs are or where you are in life. This woman is amazing and she has definitely gained a repeat client! ❤️ Connect to book your time now! #healing #energy #energymedicine #livelifealive #malinrydesjo #transformation #health #transition #development #expand #recovery #heal #truthfully #source #magic #alchemy #stress #stressmanagement #sleep

The Field och nya sammanhang

Delarna i helheten

Oförlösta känslor bildar massa i kroppen. #livelifealive #energimedicin #energi #energy #healthy #healing #field

Vad lyssnar du från?

Läs hela inlägget

I've not met any meditation technique that doesn't say: "don't pay attention to the mind. It's just messing you up." What I think should be added to that advice is (if that is the advice that needs to rule guidance to more peace): don't let any singular field (body, emotions, etheric, minds..) take over your whole perspective, no matter how true it feels in the moment. The minds are products of energies floating in the cosmic fields surrounding and running through our systems. Thoughts forms similar to emotions. Stored and not met (taking pills instead for example) emotions turn into stagnant energies. Stagnant energies can turn into new patterns and programs and even heavier form and build mass such as mucus and create inflammations and unbalance the system. When flow is disrupted in the system we get out of rhythm - arythmia, excessive heat, energies that get stuck in certain areas etc. This can be experienced as ache, pain, stiffness but also anxiety, dissociation, psychological confusion & other symptoms. Everything we experience comes from energies. When we learn to discern energies it's much easier to fall into the infinite now and not just be in the consequences of unmet energies. So when you meditate (walk, sit or whatever takes you to a place where you can observe more) see if you can ask this question: From where am I observing right now? And then feel into your system & listen to the answer. The answer can come as a sensation of being more connected in one particular area of your body: chest, belly, head, outside the body.. then you have a first idea about what brain cells you are using (the ones in the head, heart or belly). They are all connected to different fields. Researching this gives you more and more understanding about how you function & can come closer to the ability to pull yourself out from certain patterns for example. We do these things in my energymedicine training. I don't normally go in to these details on socials cause it's so easily misunderstood & I also put less words to processes in text than needed for everyone to really understand what I mean, but I gave it a go walking in Tyresta this morning ;)

Försoning, tacksamhet och självkärlek

Energimedicin, framtidens medicin!

Is this to be born again? To have a new chance to be born in peace.. In beauty. In care... Where there is no rush. No hurry. No musts. Where there is space for me to find what wants to emerge, move, be... Space for me to be curious and wait for something to arise and in awe and wonder observe life emerge. To have that presence to understand the biological, human aspects of life and be a part of that manifestation. A birth where all of me have time to settle, gather, feel and creatively move through space and into this realm. To have a big yes and to be ready to go for it. With all my strength. And show up as all of me. Not only pieces here and there. This experience I'm having gives me a very deep understanding of what the caesarian I came from did to me. To be cut out acutely. I see it so clearly how so many of us were cut of from a deeper understanding of connection. And are finding our ways back. And now, this far down the road, I have brought myself to another chance!? It's as if my body 's wisdom shows me the way. Oh my god it's so wise. I never knew. It is so so connected to everything. To all the glitter in universe. To the mycel in the earth. To the origins of love and gratitude, grace and forgiveness in space, to all human existence. I feel it as an open space of clear fine beingness in space. Not as before, like clusters of energies that I had to navigate in, but just peaceful, harmonious and spacious life of different qualities, all connected peacefully. This experience is clearing my blood, releasing my mind, lightening up my being with ease. Now! The notion of having to do things, struggle and try fades away even though my heart has a hard time letting go of that. I tell it to let go and invite ease and to fall into presence and infinite love. The miracle of life ... in a small morning practice .. #rebirth #birth #naturalbirth #livelifealive #energymedicine #energimedicin #grace #healing

En röst om rehab-yoga

A feedback from 2011 came up. That's when I guided around ten kundaliniyoga classes a week, rehab courses, individual sessions, lectures and sessions in companies, hospitals, organisations.. and about 4 retreats a year. Now I gather my experience and transmissions in "The Field". Join my free event 25/8. "My first day of vacation ended in the neuro-intensive care unit and not as I had planned in a cabin on Gotland. When the shock gradually began to wear off, my search began for tools that would give me, on the one hand, an opportunity to deal with what had happened and my remaining symptoms, and on the other hand, would help me start to focus on a future. I found Rehab yoga and through this Malin Rydesjö.Yoga has given me a whole set of tools to deal with my new everyday life, I can have anxiety and feel afraid, I can relieve this by breathing yogically, I can influence the experience of stress, my symptoms are increasingly fading, and those that remain feel more manageable.Malin gives another dimension to the yoga course through her knowledge, warm smiling personality. She starts from each participant, she shows a genuine interest in them, she guides the participants through the entire session/course, she focuses on the individual's needs, even if it is a group she guides. If I will continue? Of course! If you have found home, why should you leave it?"if I wanted to change anything?..no but as I said I would like to have you Recorded!" Att urskilja energier

Läs hela inlägget

Entities are energies in different form. They can have awareness or not. They can be run by awareness in others and directed to do things. They can come from your own alchemy, be in the field and a product of the collective mishmash of emotions and thoughts (you do know that most of your thoughts aren't your own right!?), or beings from here or far away. They kind of fly around in the field and as physics works they are drawn to other energies, both randomly, organically and with manipulation and free will. To discern what is what: Is this mine, is it a memory, someone else's thought or feeling or an entity? Where does my behaviour, emotional state or thought loop come from? Teach the energies: By claiming your own life and parts you can also be a mentor for all these energies. So many beings doesn't know what they are doing (as most people on earth - even those who think they know). There is always a bigger picture. If you find gurus who say what is right and wrong and say how to protect yourself or what to do, be aware. Who is running their conviction? It's necessary to get tips and try out yourself. And learn from people. Don't follow anyone, but watch, feel, learn and try yourself. And take help to clear and also learn how to discern. Imagine when you can do that!!! To me that's freedom! #enerfy #emergymedicine #entities #healing #clear #cleanse #clarity #essence #source #being #alien #alchemy #ufo #ascension #descension #zeropoint #blueprint #bigbang #cosmos #matter #form #malinrydesjo

En guidad resa

Läs hela inlägget

Free webinar 27/5 at 19 and free transformative meditation 8/5 at 20.30. Write to info@livelifealive.se to get the link. I will guide you through a transformative journey where you will release dead energy from your system. You know mucus and slime, cough and Covid that contains sorrow and ties to old collective traumas and programs, but also these habitual pulls to involve your focus and energies on things that doesn't lead you home. When these patterns and fields are cleared you will immediately evolve into higher states of consciousness and raise above the third dimensional baseline towards a freer and more alive existence. The more we release ourselves from old matter, the more we see and can embody the laws of abundance, free will and the power of unity over mind. The world is moving to these vibrations in stages which you experience as tiredness, heaviness, disease, anxiety, lack of perspectives and unproportionate focus on the world problems instead of solutions. There is so much to share on the world state, but I keep it short (my last post on this disappeared so we talk more live). I do this transformation in 2 steps. 8/5 a cleansing and short share. 28/8 at 19 a transformational journey, stillness and more shares. Why share our journeys: To describe what happens in the multidimensional realms is crucial since we need a common language as we raise in frequencies where life is more energetic and fluid. So we will try to put words to that which doesn't have words and in that cocreate new, and expand fields of conscious communication. That creates safety and a common ground for more people to meet and grow. This is why I write the book "energymedicine - a way home -, and also have this as an important part of the EMT training and the other educations I give. Looking forward to facilitate this shift ✨ You are so welcome. Min väg till energimedicin

Läs hela inlägget

Energymedicine therapy Is a modality that came though me from a lifetime of searching for truth. I struggled so hard to understand and accept the condition of the world and my own personality and who I had become that I desperately needed ways out. The discomfort of knowing there are other ways, but not having the capacity to change it led me to research all possibilities, on all levels possible to be able to transform the misalignments into harmony and joy. I knew it needed to happen through me. Because the world outside appears as a reflection of the inside. So I tried everything. And I went for it. Deep. I wanted the wisdom behind every discipline and treatment I tried. I calibrated my senses to the maximum to sense what was actually going on and to see connections. And I studied. I always had 5 books in my backpack in case I'd have a window. In the beginning I just felt this is something I have to do. There is no other way. And I did it. As life happened and more experience came in it changed more into that inner knowing that this is right and if I don't follow I will be misaligned. Yet always through all this research I fought it. The big ego wanting to stay in control of a "normal" life. Postponing these inner convictions cause I can do it later when it's more convenient. I learnt that there is no other time than now. When we don't follow what's right we loose contact with our intuition. The more we ignore it, the more quiet it becomes. I was a good listener and I followed. That way energymedicine therapy training was born. It is full of modalities that brings us to alignment with truth. The wisdoms speak through me because I learnt to be a channel for truth. Beyond the knowing. I will teach you to follow your truth. To show your truth for you. That is my superpower. Welcome to journey with me. Write yes and I send you a link. #energymedicine #livelifealive #energymedicinetherapy #healing #truth #followyourtruth #newearth #source #awareness #cominghome #malinrydesjo #multidimensional #heavenonearth #yoga #kundalini #kundaliniyoga #meditation #mindfulness #stressmanagement #abundance #alignment

Att hålla rum för en annan

Läs hela inlägget

You don't need to be an expert to guide others. You need to be connected to the present moment and know how to listen to other peoples needs. In order to support others on their journey to free themselves and live more ALIVE through tantra it's not only important with techniques. A good guide and tantramasseur can hold space. And we cannot hold space for others fully if we cannot hold it for ourselves. This training is a journey through sensing, feeling, discerning and becoming more aware of what's in you and the other, where to guide and where to pause, when to do what. It's a journey through your own blocks and how to meet, regulate and release them. It's only where you have met yourself you can meet another. It's delicate, but also very real and we don't learn it through textbooks. We learn it through practice, sharing, receiving and giving, listening and doing. You will have ten testclients. Four between module one and two, practicing trust, grounding, integrity, spaceholding, making yourself and someone else feel safe and giving a full body massage. After module two you have six clients to practice the full training. And module three is the fullfillment of it all, adding deeper layers to the touch. Professional Certification in Conscious Tantric Bodywork & Energy Medicine Certified by Live Life Alive BY Malin There is a lot of confusion around tantra and lack of knowledge about energymedicine. From many calls I get it seems as if tantra is connected to the possibility to explore sexuality freely. That shows me what a huge need it is to bring conscious bodywork to people. Since the beginning of industrialism we were told to be rational and forget about our feelings and the sensations of the body. Instead of listening to and meeting our true needs, we shut down and adjust. This adds up as dis-ease or de-press-ion sooner or later and the system starts to react in strange ways. Research shows that when we give people with adhd, arythmia, anxiety, backpain or alcohol problems (a study I participated in with Karolinska Institutet ) 8 weeks of yoga & meditation, symtoms reduce. Together with conscious tantric bodywork & energymedicine, stored emotions & blocks from trauma or shutting down can be released & healed. The potential for peace, true intimacy & good international relations is huge. This education is about: • Freeing more of who you truly are • Embodying the divine. • Emotional regulation • Nervous system safety • Conscious touch • Professional boundaries & consent • Energetic awareness & know how to transform energies • Mature responsibility • How to hold & guide space & meet a person where they are • Embracing sexual energy & pleasure consciously • Deeper understanding about discerning body, mind, emotion, soul, me & others • The art of healing... "What a journey it´s been & is. It reaches so far outside massage. It has affected all of me and my relationship to myself, my partner and me as a masseur so much." I have been teaching embodied healing work since 2007. Tantric bodywork is not only about sexuality. It is about Presence. Being able to hold intensity without collapsing or following old programs.
