Learn holistic healing massage.

Two-stage training where touch, presence and energy medicine meet. The course will run when a new group comes together. Dates to follow.

Two stages, with practice between them.

In stage one, you explore the foundations of the treatment, touch and listening to the body. You practise both giving and receiving, and creating a safe space.

Between the stages, you complete ten practice treatments. In stage two, you deepen the work, review your practice and work towards a diploma.

What you will practise.

  • Abhyanga massage with warm herbal oil and a sequence for energy massage.
  • Acupressure, reflexology and breathing techniques.
  • Listening, a coaching approach and guiding a session.
  • Chakra balancing, sound healing and Malin’s energy medicine approach.
  • Working with oils and creating a coherent treatment experience.

The training is for you if you have explored presence and personal development and want to deepen your practice, for yourself or to offer treatments to others.

Under the previous course structure, you could begin practising and offering treatments at a reduced price after stage one. At least ten treatments were required between stages; the diploma followed completion of both. The structure for the next course will be confirmed.

Practical details.

The previous course was based in Sollentuna and cost SEK 6,500 for stage one and SEK 5,500 for stage two. It included a 30-minute preparatory phone conversation, herbal oil for the course and home use, refreshments and two hours of follow-up on Zoom. The previous location was Åkervägen 1 in Sollentuna, with a kitchen where you could prepare your own food.

The massage was on another level.. Anna

I chose to take Malin’s massage course – healing massage – actually right after I received a treatment from Malin of the same type. The massage was on another level, went deeper, was pleasant and made both the body – but above all the soul – merge with everything. Time and space stopped and I floated away…. I simply then had an incredible pull to learn to be able to give others that kind of feeling. The course was a weekend. Despite relatively little time, we gained incredibly valuable knowledge on both an Energy Medicine level, but also the practical knowledge about the body, massage and how we can create a massage session and holistic experience for customers. Malin is incredibly competent and educational. Straightforward and clear but in a humble way. She creates a space that is safe and leaves no question marks. As I said, the massage goes on a deeper level – opens up a lot of emotions and gives a healing effect – both psychologically and physically – that I couldn’t find anywhere else. The knowledge I gained during the course provided a good basis for being able to treat customers who were incredibly satisfied and grateful with the results. I am waiting and longing for step 2 to deepen the knowledge even further!

Feedback: I have been following Malin for a very long time and looked forward to her services. Malin has always felt so incredibly genuine and authentic and now it was finally the right timing for me to experience her healing! I have received many different types of healing over the years but I have honestly never experienced healing on this level. It was a group healing and I was in my bed at home. No phone or anything. Firstly, it was such a pleasant and beautiful experience, I was shocked when 30 minutes had passed because I had really forgotten time and space. I say this as someone who is otherwise incredibly boisterous and has difficulty relaxing due to ADHD. But I was swept away by this healing and experienced many wonderful things during these 30 minutes. I have had problems with stress bladder and had to get up to pee many times a night and lately it has been intense. But the same night after the healing I slept like a log and was not up to the toilet once! I feel so much calmer and could really relate to what Malin had noted during the healing. Dessa tider är utmanande. All gammal skit syns tydligt och vi får känna vår hjälplöshet, vår anpassning och hur mycket kraft vi gett bort! I Sverige ser vi hur styrande skickar vapen till en stat som stänger av vattnet för en hel befolkning. O vi undrar varför vi är trötta. Och inte hittar mening... Elever som plötsligt ser och känner allt efter mina behandlingar inser vikten av nya sammanhang, att prata om riktiga saker och att få mer tekniker för att transformera energier. Alla kan det! EMT är ett holistiskt förhållningssätt och metoder för att kunna syna och transformera hela människans multidimensionalitet för att bli fri och hel. Vi ser delarna i helheten och låter dem falla in i sin egen essens. Ingen healing. Bara en inbjudan att vara hel. Exempel: Mentalt: tankar är produkter av kollektiva normer, uppväxtens oskrivna lagar, omgivningens tankar och energier som kommer från den mat du äter, strålning du är i, den plats du är på, den rörelse du har i kroppen mm. EMT tystar inte bara tankar utan lägger fokus på det som är sant djupare i kroppen så att vi får perspektiv och kan se vilka tankar som är relevanta/sanna. Resten dunstar. Emotionellt: ungefär som ovan påverkas vi av många olika delar. Oförlösta känslor bildar massa i kroppen. Stagnerad energi kan orsaka sjukdom. Alla känslor behöver få utlopp. Även de du hade som barn. EMT guidar in i olika tidslinjer för att harmoniera olika minnen och delpersonligheter, vilket förändrar identitet, beteenden och frihet. Fysiskt: trots att kroppen består av bakterier, celler osv är ändå allt i botten energi. Massan i kroppen kommer ur en intention, från dna, från tankarna osv. När vi lär oss urskilja o fokusera samt transformera det som är framför källan och låta allt bli ett o sant - ja då gör vi EMT. ✨ Själen: kan vara splittrad i flera, va utanför kroppen, bebo någon annan, vara sårad o ha trauman. EMT kan hämta hem o hela den i sin helhet och föra in den i kroppen. Platser, grupper, planeter.. allt är uttryck av källan. EMT lär dig urskilja alltihop o låta allt bli frid. Intentionen är nyckeln. När du får tillgång till den, och skalar av allt som sitter i vägen, ja då blir du seende, kännande, vetande. Du får kontakt med den feminina o maskulina urkraften, med ingenting o skaparen.. med delarna i helheten, här o långt bort. Det skapas en ny plattform där du får vara i fältet av denna esoteriska o djupa medvetenhet. Här finns ett ständigt flöde av djup visdom. Du är med på det du vill. Vad lyssnar du från?

I've not met any meditation technique that doesn't say: "don't pay attention to the mind. It's just messing you up." What I think should be added to that advice is (if that is the advice that needs to rule guidance to more peace): don't let any singular field (body, emotions, etheric, minds..) take over your whole perspective, no matter how true it feels in the moment. The minds are products of energies floating in the cosmic fields surrounding and running through our systems. Thoughts forms similar to emotions. Stored and not met (taking pills instead for example) emotions turn into stagnant energies. Stagnant energies can turn into new patterns and programs and even heavier form and build mass such as mucus and create inflammations and unbalance the system. When flow is disrupted in the system we get out of rhythm - arythmia, excessive heat, energies that get stuck in certain areas etc. This can be experienced as ache, pain, stiffness but also anxiety, dissociation, psychological confusion & other symptoms. Everything we experience comes from energies. When we learn to discern energies it's much easier to fall into the infinite now and not just be in the consequences of unmet energies. So when you meditate (walk, sit or whatever takes you to a place where you can observe more) see if you can ask this question: From where am I observing right now? And then feel into your system & listen to the answer. The answer can come as a sensation of being more connected in one particular area of your body: chest, belly, head, outside the body.. then you have a first idea about what brain cells you are using (the ones in the head, heart or belly). They are all connected to different fields. Researching this gives you more and more understanding about how you function & can come closer to the ability to pull yourself out from certain patterns for example. We do these things in my energymedicine training. I don't normally go in to these details on socials cause it's so easily misunderstood & I also put less words to processes in text than needed for everyone to really understand what I mean, but I gave it a go walking in Tyresta this morning ;)

Is this to be born again? To have a new chance to be born in peace.. In beauty. In care... Where there is no rush. No hurry. No musts. Where there is space for me to find what wants to emerge, move, be... Space for me to be curious and wait for something to arise and in awe and wonder observe life emerge. To have that presence to understand the biological, human aspects of life and be a part of that manifestation. A birth where all of me have time to settle, gather, feel and creatively move through space and into this realm. To have a big yes and to be ready to go for it. With all my strength. And show up as all of me. Not only pieces here and there. This experience I'm having gives me a very deep understanding of what the caesarian I came from did to me. To be cut out acutely. I see it so clearly how so many of us were cut of from a deeper understanding of connection. And are finding our ways back. And now, this far down the road, I have brought myself to another chance!? It's as if my body 's wisdom shows me the way. Oh my god it's so wise. I never knew. It is so so connected to everything. To all the glitter in universe. To the mycel in the earth. To the origins of love and gratitude, grace and forgiveness in space, to all human existence. I feel it as an open space of clear fine beingness in space. Not as before, like clusters of energies that I had to navigate in, but just peaceful, harmonious and spacious life of different qualities, all connected peacefully. This experience is clearing my blood, releasing my mind, lightening up my being with ease. Now! The notion of having to do things, struggle and try fades away even though my heart has a hard time letting go of that. I tell it to let go and invite ease and to fall into presence and infinite love. A feedback from 2011 came up. That's when I guided around ten kundaliniyoga classes a week, rehab courses, individual sessions, lectures and sessions in companies, hospitals, organisations.. and about 4 retreats a year. Entities are energies in different form. They can have awareness or not. They can be run by awareness in others and directed to do things. They can come from your own alchemy, be in the field and a product of the collective mishmash of emotions and thoughts (you do know that most of your thoughts aren't your own right!?), or beings from here or far away. They kind of fly around in the field and as physics works they are drawn to other energies, both randomly, organically and with manipulation and free will. To discern what is what: Is this mine, is it a memory, someone else's thought or feeling or an entity? Where does my behaviour, emotional state or thought loop come from? Teach the energies: By claiming your own life and parts you can also be a mentor for all these energies. So many beings doesn't know what they are doing (as most people on earth - even those who think they know). There is always a bigger picture. If you find gurus who say what is right and wrong and say how to protect yourself or what to do, be aware. Who is running their conviction? It's necessary to get tips and try out yourself. And learn from people. Don't follow anyone, but watch, feel, learn and try yourself. And take help to clear and also learn how to discern. Imagine when you can do that!!! Min väg till energimedicin

Energymedicine therapy Is a modality that came though me from a lifetime of searching for truth. I struggled so hard to understand and accept the condition of the world and my own personality and who I had become that I desperately needed ways out. The discomfort of knowing there are other ways, but not having the capacity to change it led me to research all possibilities, on all levels possible to be able to transform the misalignments into harmony and joy. I knew it needed to happen through me. Because the world outside appears as a reflection of the inside. So I tried everything. And I went for it. Deep. I wanted the wisdom behind every discipline and treatment I tried. I calibrated my senses to the maximum to sense what was actually going on and to see connections. And I studied. I always had 5 books in my backpack in case I'd have a window. In the beginning I just felt this is something I have to do. There is no other way. And I did it. As life happened and more experience came in it changed more into that inner knowing that this is right and if I don't follow I will be misaligned. Yet always through all this research I fought it. The big ego wanting to stay in control of a "normal" life. Postponing these inner convictions cause I can do it later when it's more convenient. I learnt that there is no other time than now. When we don't follow what's right we loose contact with our intuition. The more we ignore it, the more quiet it becomes. I was a good listener and I followed. That way energymedicine therapy training was born. It is full of modalities that brings us to alignment with truth. The wisdoms speak through me because I learnt to be a channel for truth. You don't need to be an expert to guide others. You need to be connected to the present moment and know how to listen to other peoples needs. In order to support others on their journey to free themselves and live more ALIVE through tantra it's not only important with techniques. A good guide and tantramasseur can hold space. And we cannot hold space for others fully if we cannot hold it for ourselves. This training is a journey through sensing, feeling, discerning and becoming more aware of what's in you and the other, where to guide and where to pause, when to do what. It's a journey through your own blocks and how to meet, regulate and release them. It's only where you have met yourself you can meet another. It's delicate, but also very real and we don't learn it through textbooks. We learn it through practice, sharing, receiving and giving, listening and doing. You will have ten testclients. Four between module one and two, practicing trust, grounding, integrity, spaceholding, making yourself and someone else feel safe and giving a full body massage. After module two you have six clients to practice the full training. And module three is the fullfillment of it all, adding deeper layers to the touch.
